The healthiest climate in the whole world, the constantly improving infrastructure, the proximity to Europe are the reasons why Tenerife´s beautiful Costa Adeje is the place chosen by many Europeans as a second home destination, short time vacation or as an investment opportunity destination. We, the Reichardt Family – “Tenerife Luxury Property Management”, came for the very first time from Germany to Tenerife/Adeje in the year 1971 and even those days Costa Adeje had absolutely nothing to do with what’s Costa Adeje today, we felt in love with it and decided to buy our first property and make the heart of Costa Adeje our second home. From 1987 we turned it the way around and decided to live full time on the island and made Germany our second residence. We are proud to have been some of the first foreigners to discover the potential and beauty of South Tenerife and invest in properties. It has been an incredible experience to be part of the sensational and dynamic development process of the last 40-50 years, to actively participate in it and to contribute to the enhancement of the potential of this paradise.
