We wish you a pleasant stay in our charming holiday house, enjoy Tenerife´s eternal spring weather on our beautiful terrace and make some trips to discover all those fantastic and spectacular places Costa Adeje and the island of Tenerife offer you!
Our general house rules will seem very logical to some guests – these are the guests we will be pleased to welcome into our home.Those who don’t find them logical – will obviously find somewhere else to stay. Our priority is to keep our holiday house clean and safety so all our guests can enjoy a wonderful time staying with us!
If you may need some HELP, please contact us between 9.30h and 17.30h under the phone number / WhatsApp 0034 616 441 780…. The number will appear once you book with us. We will be pleased to attend you and our Concierge Department will give you some useful tips for your stay on Tenerife: according to your interests, we can recommend you places to visit, restaurants, shows, parks … We do not have a generic guide book, because every guest has a different interest and we will recommend you just places which really adapt to your preferences. For any EMERGENCY case, please call 012 – this is the Spanish emergency call central – ambulance and police.
As we live in a community area with neighbors, please do not make Party / Fiesta in our holiday house at any time during the day or night. No screaming, no loud music, no drugs or access of alcohol is allowed in our home. If you are looking for party holidays, our home is not the wright place for your vacation. We live nearby so we will hair if you are having a party and disturbing the neighborhood. The sanction for a party is 400€ and the authorities will be notified.
Please do not invite any other guests to our home. The number of guests on the booking: 2,3 or 4 is the number of guests allowed in the house and they have to be the same people you have registered on check in. In case you would like to meet with friends, please do it on the pool bar-restaurant just 3 min from our house or in any other place like the beach, the shopping mall, a coffee nearby, but not in our house.
Our property do not offer a private parking, nevertheless on the street you can usually find free of charge parking space to park your vehicle.
Please treat our kitchen with the same love and respect that you would treat your own kitchen at home so that it remains in good condition for other guests. Please air the kitchen after every cooking session and make sure that you do not put leftover fin the washbasin. We also ask that you only use the dishwasher when it is full otherwise wash by hand and use the draining board. Please put the dishes back in the cupboards you took it from. No food/drinks other than water in the bedrooms. Please do not keep food in the bedroom. We live in a warm island and ants, cockroaches and lizards are common.
For your SAFETY:
– Absolutely forbidden the use of candles!! If you wish romantic ambiance, our decoration includes several night lamps- please use those.
-There are several waste bins in the house: the toilet is not one of them – please do not flush wet wipes down the toilet because they will clog the toilet. Do not use the property’s towels to remove make-up – use cotton pads and throw them into the bin.
– Smoking is not permitted in our holiday home. This is the only way we can ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests. If you still want to smoke, please do it on the terrace, make sure you turn off your cigarette properly so you do not cause fire.
– Our Kids-Guests are not allowed to swim without water wings in the community pool. Parents: do not leave kids alone in the property and please use the lovely plastic dishes we provide for our Kids -Guests so they do not brake and hurt the children.
– In bad weather (rain, storm, etc.), please close the parasols and store them safely so that they do not break or damage you. Please put the cushions of the sunbeds and chairs on the terrace into the house so they do not get wet and damaged.
– Every time guests leave the holiday home; they are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors are closed and properly locked to ensure security and prevent rain and water damage.
– Every time guests leave the holiday home, they are responsible for ensuring that all the electric suppliers in the kitchen, the iron and all other electric devices properly turned off to prevent fire damage.
– There is an alarm system that you must set every time you leave the house. We provide you with the remote control where you can easily press the on and off bottom. Please do not loose the remote control or the house keys / cost replace them is 500 Euros.
Pets till 10 kilos and special Assistance Dogs (please provide the dog´s assistance passport) are welcome in our house. However, if you are staying with your furry friend, we would like to ask you to help us with a few things to ensure a smooth stay for everyone. We know that you love your pet. However, we ask you not to let them on the furniture. This applies to sofas as well as beds. In addition, please do not use the guest towels to dry or clean your four-legged companion. Instead, we will be happy to provide you with a pet kit with a blanket, towel and bowl if required – contact us when you do the booking. Of course, your pet also has needs. However, it is your responsibility to clean up after your pet and go for a walk with him. Please also note that your dog must be kept on a lead in all streets and areas on Tenerife. We charge an extra fee of 200€ per stay for the extra cleaning and disinfection of the property when you bring your dog with you.
Accidents can happen – it’s completely human! In order to avoid misunderstandings and annoyances, we ask you please to report accidental damage to us in good time (broken glasses, dishes, furniture, lost keys, etc…) To avoid general damage, we also ask you not to move any furniture in the holiday home without first discussing this with us.
Our check in time is at 15.00h – you will find your key in our safety box at the front door. We will send you a text massage with your personal access for your particular stay. Please do not check in before this time as our housekeeping staff will be still preparing the property for your arrival and pleasant stay. Please send us your passport / ID card 3 days before your arrival as we are obligated to forward this information to the police authorities of Spain.
Check out time is at 10.00h – please make sure you throw all rubbish in the rubbish room next to the Miraverde swimming pool. Do not forget your personal belongings and make sure you have closed all doors, windows, water and turned off all electrical appliances before your departure. We kindly ask you please understand that it is important to leave the property by 10.00h so that our team can prepare it for the next arrival. If you do not vacate the property by 10.00h, we will be forced to charge a penalty.
